Privacy at Retentra

Retentra helps gyms manage member attendance, renewals and retention activity. Gym workspaces may contain member contact details, membership information, attendance records, payment records and communication preferences supplied by the gym.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the Retentra service, secure accounts, maintain gym records, support check-ins, prepare retention workflows and deliver communications that the gym is permitted to send.

Gym member data

Each gym is responsible for the member information it adds to Retentra and for obtaining any consent required for email or WhatsApp communication. Retentra does not sell gym member data.

Payments and connected providers

Member renewal money is paid or settled to the gym through the payment method/provider the gym selects. Retentra stores the connection information needed to operate supported integrations, and sensitive provider tokens are encrypted before storage. Retentra does not operate a wallet that holds gym member renewal funds.

Campaign media

Images uploaded for gym newsletters are stored for the purpose of creating and delivering those campaigns. Gyms should upload only media they have permission to use.

Security and retention

We use access controls and account authentication to protect workspace data. This page is a product-stage privacy summary and may be updated as additional providers and features are activated.
